Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

You have purchased goods at Green Joy and are allowed to return them if the following conditions are met:

Goods are technically defective, damaged, or expired.

Goods still has tags and labels.

Time of notification of defective goods: within 5 working days from the date of receipt of goods and sending defective goods to Green Joy's warehouse address in HCM

Documents provided for return: photo/video of the defective product.

Term of return/ refund: within 5 working days from the date of receiving the defective item, the company will notify and replace the new product.

Green Joy will cover all costs incurred such as shipping, and bank transaction fees (if any) for returned orders in Vietnam.
