HEALING THE EARTH WITH GREENJOY

According to statistics from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, approximately 1.8 million tons of plastic waste are discharged into the environment annually in Vietnam. Notably, the handling and recycling of plastic waste remain limited, with up to 90% of plastic waste being disposed of through burial, landfilling, and incineration, and only 10% being recycled.

With the goal of sustainable development, Greenjoy has recognized the importance of protecting the environment through the smallest actions since its establishment at the end of 2018. This includes everyday items like straws, cups, and containers made from natural materials such as sedge, sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, wood, and areca palm sheaths, aiming to replace single-use plastic products.
