1. Rethink

Rethink - To change your mind means to rethink or revise your point of view, thinking about a certain issue. Changing your mind or thinking can lead to different conclusions than we thought before and help you better understand the problem. Changing our thinking can also help us develop ourselves and have a more holistic view of life. Here are a few suggestions for you to update with other perspectives on sustainable living:

• Watch movies (The Story of Me and the Devil Becomes One Person (2022); Okja (2017); Game Changer (2018); Vegan Documentary (2017); It's Time to Minimalist (2015))

• Join the green living community: it can be your school club, volunteer for green living projects like Saigon Green, MGreen, Youth Climate Action Network Vietnam.

• Follow sustainable life influencers (Content creators Auri Jackson and Merle O'Neal on Buzzfeed, youtuber Taz Alam, Ms. Giang, Mr. Dino Vu)

2. Refuse 

The word "refuse" in this case means to refuse to accept or use products that are unnecessary or have a negative impact on the environment. By refusing to use these products, you reduce the amount of waste produced as well as minimize the negative impact on the environment. Assuming you can't refuse plastic once, donate your plastic to Plastic People so it can continue to have a second life. 3. Reduce
